Natasha Gill

HR Specialist

Natasha Gill is the HR Specialist at the New South Institute (NSI). She brings over 18 years of experience in human resource management, with a particular focus on talent management, talent development, organisational design and building performance cultures in complex, purpose-driven organisations.

Prior to joining NSI, Natasha served as HR Executive at MATUS, a proudly Bidvest company, where she led a full organisational redesign that included restructuring teams, introducing performance management frameworks and establishing the Matus Leadership Academy to develop middle and junior management through coaching and structured learning programmes. She previously held senior learning and development roles at Ster-Kinekor Theatres and Clicks Retailers, where she designed and drove talent pipelines, accredited learning programmes and capability-building initiatives aligned to business strategy.

Natasha holds a Higher Diploma in Education (NQF Level 7) and is a Registered Assessor and Moderator. She has completed executive development programmes at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and Wits Business School, with specialist training in HR strategy, organisational effectiveness and people analytics.
